Muscle pain can vary depending on several factors, including age, activity level, health conditions, and lifestyle. However, this widespread issue is most commonly caused by overuse, stress, and injuries.

25-30% of people experience muscle tension and pain in the neck, shoulders and back from stress.

Conditions like tendonitis, bursitis and stress fractures are common from muscles overuse which account for 30-50% of muscle pain.

10-20% of people experience muscle pain from acute injuries such as strains, sprains and muscle tears.
